Crossfit
- This is classic crossfit; Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements.
Sweat
- This option is also constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements but a modified version. We have taken out the barbell as well as technical gymnastics. This option is geared toward individuals seeking modifications. Whether you’re a beginner, healing from an injury, or just don’t have that technical movement yet that is programmed for the CrossFit workout, then this is a great option for you!
Both options are included in the class and are coach led beginning with a warm up, a skill or strength session and a workout.
