Mindset

Let’s talk about our weekly mindset. Times are tough right now and we can get so lost in the negative. Yes, there is A LOT going on right now, but let’s focus on things that we CAN control and things that are GOOD!!

What is good in your life RIGHT NOW? What are you thankful for?

When we focus on what we are grateful for there is no room for other thoughts to come in and cloud our hearts and minds. Every week (if you have time, then everyday) start the day writing down 3 things we are grateful for.

Example:

1- I am grateful for my health

2- I am grateful for my WaterSide community

3- I am grateful for my family

We cannot control everything that life throws at us but we CAN control how we react to it and we CAN control our attitude.

So let’s start this week with a positive attitude. Hit your workouts, eat your veggies, go to work, or rearrange the house if you’re still stuck at home, and spend time with your friends and family!
